Prices

The prices in our hotel include half-board. Bed and breakfast only is available upon request. The price per day and person will be reduced by EUR 10.00.
In the case of bookings with half-board, please be aware that no reductions are made if dinner is not taken.
We have free hotel parking spaces at your disposal.

Prices in the apartments include electricity, heating and laundry. Final cleaning is included with a minimum stay of 5 days. For shorter stays, an additional cleaning charge applies.

Arrival and departure

Check in time for:
hotel rooms from 2 pm
apartments at the Wassermann and Apartments Strobl from 4 pm

Please inform us by phone if you will arrive after 6 pm.

Check out time: 
hotel rooms by 10.30 am
apartments at the Wassermann and Apartments Strobl by 10 am

Reservation

To reserve a room or an apartment, please send us a written confirmation and a security deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the reservation by credit card or bank transfer.

Payment

You can pay your bill in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, EC-Card) or by bank transfer. 

Cancellation Policy

We generally try to be very accommodating.
Cancellations or rebookings up to 30 days before departure are free of charge. The security deposit provided will be refunded less a handling fee of EUR 10.00.
If, after this period of time, you are delayed or are unable to start your booked stay, or cancel your stay early, we will charge the following cancellation fees:

from 30 to 7 days before departure 30 % of the booked price.
less than 7 days before departure 80 % of the booked price in the hotel and 100 % of the booked price in the apartments.

Cancellation policy may be changed due to the current covid situation.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

Things can happen before departure, with Hogast Travel Cancellation Insurance, you are financially protected. In the event of a booked stay being delayed or cancelled due to illness or other valid reason, or if you cancel your stay early, the insurance will assume the cancellation fees.
